Monday, we rode bikes along the greenbelt, played in the river, rode bikes some more, played in the Morrison Park fountain, played at the playground at DeMeyer Park, bbq'ed hot dogs and played lawn games.

Tuesday, we toured the MK Nature Center and listened to a talk on Idaho wildlife. We walked around Albertson Park, saw a deer, duck, geese, fish and lots of birds. Went to the movies "Monsters vs. Aliens", then the kids went "swimming" in our hot tub. Boy, to be young and have all that energy!
Wednesday, we went to Adventures in Odyssey movie in the morning, went to Veterans Park to play on the playground, had lunch with Dusty at his school with the summer school program, went back to Veterans Park for the Boise City Rec Van where the kids played kickball, dodgeball and did crafts with the Rec volunteers and lots of kids (they had a blast!), then home changed into swimming suits and headed to Merrill Park for some water fun, cooled off with A&W Rootbeer Floats. Chloe tried her hand at picking cherries off our tree. She ate all that she picked.

Thursday, Skyler, Conner, Terry and Dusty went fishing at some local ponds. Chloe and I went out for breakfast and did a little shopping. Then off to our friends, the VanSkivers, to swim in their pool, spent a couple hours at the Boise Zoo, took a short bike ride and went out for pizza with s'mores for dessert! (We definitely worked off the s'mores!)

Friday, the kids slept in until 8:30 am - we took another bike ride, and hung around the house in the morning, playing "Go Fish", Leggos and playing Wii, had lunch with some Hamlin cousins (Emily, David & Jamie) at their house and played on the trampoline, went to Ivy Wild pool to swim for the afternoon, Dusty and Kara came over for dinner (BBQ'd and ate outside since it was such a beautiful night). Chloe, Skyler & Conner had a squirt gun water war with Uncle Dusty stirring things up! As you can see, Gram was in charge of the picture taking!
We are so blessed with such sweet grandkids and look forward to their next visit. Maybe they will bring their parents with them!
