Terry and I went to Seattle over the weekend to stay with Dusty and Kara and we all went to the BSU v. Univ of Washington football game at Huskie Stadium. Before the game we met up with Dusty's high school friends and running buddies, Jeff Binford and Justin Davis in the parking lot of the stadium. Jeff lives in the Salt Lake City area and Justin lives in the Boise area. It was a beautiful sunny day in Seattle - just disappointing for us since Boise State lost the game 24-10. Oh well, the winning streak of 14-0 couldn't last forever!! Kara supported BSU even though she is born and raised Washington! It was a good weekend and lots of fun.

August 28, 2007:

All the family was together this past week. It was so much fun to have all 9 of us in the house at one time (not counting 2 dogs and 1 cat!). We spent a lot of time at Lucky Peak riding the Seadoo and Jetski, laughing, playing games, sitting in the hot tub and just relaxing.

As you can see by this picture - Skyler drove the Seadoo all by himself. Josh told him to watch the speedometer and to keep it at a certain speed, which he did exactly. Kelly was quite concerned that he was out in the lake driving all by himself but there weren't any other watercrafts around that day so he was safe. He did a great job and brought it back into shore without incident. Does anyone know the age requirement for driving on the lake?? I don't think it is 7 years old.
