We were so happy to have Skyler come home to Boise with us for a week after Christmas. We spent the time going to the YMCA where he enjoyed swimming, wall climbing, and playing racquetball with Pop! He kept busy shoveling snow off the patio because the dogs didn't like to walk in it on their way out to the yard. It was a great time for us to spend one-on-one with our oldest grandson! We can't wait until we get to bring Conner and Chloe over for one-on-one time.

Christmas 2007

We are very happy to have our family back in the Northwest. Josh , Kelly and the grandkids are now living in the Portland, Oregon area where we all met up for Christmas this year. Dusty and Kara drove down from the Tacoma, Washington and Terry and I drove over from Boise. It actually snowed on Christmas Day which was an added bonus since the grandkids are used to lots of snow from living in Wisconsin for 2 years. There was much to eat, loads of gifts and fun times with all of us together for four days. We are so thankful that we were able to be together and within driving distance!

We fondue'd on Christmas Eve, spent of time playing board games with Skyler and Conner, having Wii (Guitar Hero) competition and playing with Chloe's Pet Shoppe. Kelly spent most of her time in the kitchen cleaning up after 9 people but she was a great sport! Kara and Chloe had one-on-one time and the "men and boys" watched football. It was a great time and we look forward to our next family get-together!
